If you look closely, you’ll see 3 staples…or at least the darker area by the part of his hair. Yep, 3 staples in my child’s head. First time I have ever had to take an injured child to Urgent Care. 😦 I freaked out for a minute when I saw all the blood – but I pulled it together and didn’t faint or anything. 😉 They fixed him up – and he did really well. He was very happy when they gave him an otter pop for being such a trooper. (The complete story another day.)

    Oh, my. I hope I never have a stitches/broken bone/staples incident. Ha! My chances of escaping that type of incident are reduced with each baby I have!

    OUCH!!!! I’m glad he’s ok. My son had a skull fracture a few weeks ago after fallng off the couch at the doctors office. It was scary to say the least.

    yikes!! Doesn’t sound like fun… but the smile he has at least shows it ends well. 🙂
