You thought I was joking?

Here is a picture of all the laundry that needs to be folded. I was not joking. I actually have one more load in the wash too. The good news is that I’m pretty sure we’ve reached a level of maintenance now. We take out as much as we wash, so it shouldn’t grow any bigger. Maybe. Don’t worry too much….this will be taken care of by tonight.

I’m not sure why I hate folding laundry so much. In college I would go buy new underwear just to avoid doing laundry. I am actually quite lucky…most of the time my husband folds the clothes. I wash, he folds. There are a few reasons for this. First of all, he is quite particular about how his clothing is folded. Also, he used to work nights, so when he had a night off he would rent a movie and fold laundry. He hasn’t worked nights for a few years, but the tradition continues. He rents a movie and folds the laundry. (most of the time….I do occasionally help!)

So judge me if you must. This is how it is right now. Hopefully after tonight it won’t get piled up again….at least for a few weeks.

Ahem, you aren’t the only one with laundry that piles up that high! I try to tackle it mid-week and again on Saturday, but it doesn’t always get done. I’ve started having the kids put their own clothes away though, and somehow it makes doing the laundry a little more bearable.

Holy Snikies is that my laundry? I know how you feel girl! My husband is always like, why don’t I have anymore under shirts? I’m like cuz both your daughters had accidents and now I’m trying to wash each set of beddings…and the comforters! I think your mountain beats mine though!
I have to do laundry every day or that mountain you have could be doubled in my home!

OH MY. I thought I had laundry issues. Nope. I don’t have kids though, I should NEVER complain.
