Yoga eh? Maybe I should pick that up again, but I find that because I have a bum knee it’s difficult for me to do in winter without being in pain.
Wanna know what’s crazy – the chiropractor has helped my knees. I wasn’t expecting that at all! My whole body is a mess…but I think the yoga is really going to help strengthen my core and that can’t be a bad thing.

Thanks, Lia! Sometime you’re going to have to come to one of the sewing days! I’m going to try to have them more often this year. You’ve been quite crafty lately too. I’m sure you’ll come up with wonderful spring projects. I’m really anxious to see the sweater that you’re working on!
